I can't wait to try this recipe. How much Earth Balance would you use for the crust? I wasn't sure how much to less was required compared to butter to get the right consistency.

Hi Susan,
The pie shown above was made with butter. However, I've made the same recipe with EB using the equivalent of the 2 sticks used in the recipe. It was considerably less.
It also can be made with oil instead (also considerably less).

It's an old video -- I have a real food processor now. :)
